Did you change the job? They sent the REF letter to you or your attorney? I raised SR on May 6th, and received an email on May13th saying that a RFE letter was sent out. Anxious to know what the RFE is.

Finally at 9:04 PM EST I received the magic email for myself and my spouse that card production has been ordered. Thanks IV for all your support thro this difficult time. Best of luck to all my friends who have been with me in this journey. I will continue to support IV in future.

I am actually very dissappointed with myself. In the post rally MC fluster, I had made a mental note to introduce Logiclife and then give him a flower. But I hear he strongly opposes measures such as this :)

Guys, A friend of mine said he called the Office of Menendez but they did not quite understand which amendment he was actually referring to, I asked him to repeat exactly what he said, then I understood, many of us pronounce Murray as Mu-Ray when it is actually supposed to be pronounced Ma-ri. I just thought I should post this comment in case anybody was not aware of this.

It is the RD of the 485 application that dictates the order of processing the application. In addition, for the application to the processed the PD must be current. Once the PD is current, it is the RD that matters.

However in order to work on an issue, the push and support must come from members needing it. For that we will need support of Greencard holders who think that this an issue for them and they are willing to participate and support IV to go all the way. Right now we have our hands full with current IV agenda and need to accomplish those with our limited resources

I have been swimming and strength training for quite some time now and have started kettle bells and Taek Won Do this year. I do see a lot of women working out. All I am saying is that these forums have a lower proportion of females.......pure statistics.
And yes; there are a lot of females working out and the ones who do take up martial arts are more serious than the guys. However the most common excuse cited by the ones who hesitate to take up running/walking, is security. I am trying to get the ones who are not working out to get out; the ones who are; have a lot of tenacity.
.............BTW, be nice to me. By the time you come to DC to run the race, I might have my brown belt :)

macaca it does make sense. This si what they are doing...opening up the flood gates and allow for a flood. from this flood they will be able to easily approve 40k cases.
once that is done they will shut the flood gates so that the level starts moving towards equilibirium...with labor substitution ending on july 16th ...the 70k backlog elimination labor aps will be done quick enough.. since many will have redone their LC in PERM..and uscis will have an accurate headcount of people in line from this floodgate opening process.
i dont think we ll see retrogression back to 99... but maybe more mangeable levels

Each spoon of sugar has about 15 calories. 8 spoons = 120 calories. 60 minutes of walking at a moderate pace burns about 120 - 150 calories. Clicking a mouse uses like 3 fingers and some wrist movements..I should stop now..LOL..Just a way to keep this thread on Top.

Not possible explicitly for EB3.IV is for EB community to support generic issues like CIR etc...Which may help EB2 and EB3.

We all know the two big reasons that would cause Dems to lose the house majority this fall - Economy and Immigration. We also know where Dems stand on immigration - Amnesty and CIR. CIR is not popular among american voters and Republicans will play to that tune when they get the majority. They will spend all the time talking about securing the border and until the border is secure CIR wont be taken up for discussion. That means no CIR for the next few years (atleast until 2012). Anybody wanna bet? ;)
