Those cases are void at least per DOS. If you look at last month (or prev 6 months) demand data from DOS .
Demand Prior to Jan1st 2006 for EB2 I/C = 0
Demand data reflects the latest and accurate. (at least this is the document DOS relies on to set the priority date in VB)
Nothing is void, unless the application(i485) is denied. If we compare Oct 2010 inventory with Jan 2011 inventory we see changes in monthly pending cases before 01/01/2006.
DOS look for approvable cases in a particular month, as opposed to USCIS look at overall pending cases.:)

If there is someone who can do my job cheaper or better or more efficiently - by all means it should go to him. I need to then find something where I am good at. Thats what competition is! Of course - this "efficiency" can not come by illegal behavior. Illegal behavior (like the L1 fraud) has other hidden problems.
So on your question about "l1 fraud": by all means I am for reporting it. However, there is another overriding concern for ALL OF US - how will the economy behave? I dont want to worsen things by "reporting fraud" at a mass scale right now and create trouble for companies that are already suffering. As A Consultant, One Has To Travel To Different Places For Different Projects.
So What Happens To His/her Gc Process.
What I Have Been Reading Here Is That The Place U Get Your Labor/i140 Cleared And If U Move U Have To Get It Again.
I Am Novice In This Area And I Hope I Am Asking The Right Question.
I Will Really Appreciate If Someone Could Shed Some Light On This Issue.

i'm as indian as you are and have been through LON more than once and it's more than obvious that it's staffed by recent immigrants- from their speech and from the casual use of native language all around. i think the point that was being made though was that any "racism" you perceive at LON is not from the maligned "white brit". hope you got that point...

Look up Bait and Switch (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bait_and_switch). If vonage intends to suddenly switch their offerings after gaining customers through misleading ad - then it fits the definition of Bait and Switch - which is clearly illegal in US.
So even if you leave aside the bad reputation from such a maneuver (which, in itself would be huge since their target consumer base is clearly immigrants - most of whom are savvy consumers) - Vonage may stand to lose a lot from legal fees and penalties if they try to pull such a trick. Class actions are not fun in US.

Can POJ be only be used for cases that were seperated? Last time, I used the POJ method, the IO told me to talk to the CSR and he refused to give me the status of my case.

I recharged my account 10 days back at aitell 9.99 for 600 mins valid for 45 days. Today not allowing to make call due to insufficient balance. From the call history on their website, I only used 300+ minutes after recharge. I got doubt and looked all my recharges and usage from last 3 months. They are giving less minutes than advertisements on their website. I called to check with them today and customer service number is always busy. Any body using Airtel check your account history.
I had similar issue with them yesterday and also lost minutes, I tried to reach them for at least 90 minutes, finally I am able to get in touch with customer service rep and she confirmed me that they are running into some issues that they said that technical upgrade and confirmed me that after 2 hours I will get my minutes back (After that upgrade)...I have checked and it came back......
so speak with them, I am sure you will get yours back.....good luck

Also, how is the spillover going to be distributed among EB3? First EB3 ROW and then EB3 C/I as in the old system?
Personally, I think the visa recapture bill would help things quite a bit.

For more information, we went to visit our home country and re-entered from JFK with no issue twice after 2004. We got H4 tranfered, EAD advanced Payrole too with no issue al all. Looks like "nunc pro tunc" is the solution according to Murthy. Anybody has experience with "nunc pro tunc" please post your experience. http://www.murthy.com/news/n_nunpro.html

02. Submit current dated EVL for your new employer. No issue. we can answer that

01. About the same medical issue.
02. Provide her non-immigrant status between Feb 2003 to Jan 2004.
I don't know what do. Looks like we are doomed. My wife came here with H4 in 2000, was provided I-94 from the airport for 3 years (till Jan 2003), we didn't know then that we have to file a I-539 extension for H4 extension (even couple of my friends had the same idea). We knew that as long as I am on H1, she would maintain H4. I came to know in Jan 2004 and then we applied for I-539. I know this is stupid but that what happened. Anybody has any experience please reply..please please. We are really sleepless this time.
